A fireguard enhances the thermo-syphon effect of your heater coil, containing the heat of the fire and channeling airflow more effectively.
The heater coil: 6 metres of 1 inch (25.4mm) stainless 304 steel tube (with a 1.5mm wall)
Approx. 170-230mm (6 coils) high – works well with both wood and charcoal. Comes with 300mm tails (tail length is measured from the outermost edge of the coil to the end of the tail).
The fireguard is made from 0.9mm stainless steel sheet, fitted and welded around the coil.
